1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mastering Your Money workshop ("Workshop") and the website at masteringyourmoney.in (the "Site"), both operated by MishMash Finserve LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated under the laws of India ("MishMash Finserve", "we", "us", "our").
By accessing the Site or registering for the Workshop, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Service description
Mastering Your Money is a one-day in-person executive workshop on personal financial planning, conducted in Bangalore on the date listed on the Site. The Workshop is educational in nature and does not constitute investment advice, financial product recommendation, legal advice, tax advice, or solicitation of any kind.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law to register for the Workshop.
4. Pricing and payment
The Workshop is priced at ₹4,990 per seat (early-bird; full price ₹7,500). Group bookings, spouse discounts, and corporate codes are offered at MishMash Finserve's discretion.
Payment is processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. By submitting payment, you agree to Razorpay's own terms of use. We do not store payment card details on our servers; Razorpay is the merchant of record for the transaction.
5% of every ticket is donated to Sri Rakum School for the Blind, Bangalore.
5. Registration and attendance
Registration is confirmed upon successful payment via Razorpay. You will receive a confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. Attendance is limited to the registered seat holder; transfers to another individual are permitted on prior written request to contact@mishmash.co.in.
6. Conduct
You agree to conduct yourself respectfully during the Workshop, not to record video or audio of the proceedings without prior written consent, and not to disrupt the educational experience of other attendees.
7. Intellectual property
All materials presented during the Workshop (frameworks, workbooks, templates, slide decks) are the intellectual property of MishMash Finserve LLP. They are provided to attendees for personal use only and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of liability
The Workshop is provided "as is" for educational purposes only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MishMash Finserve, its founders, partners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site, your attendance at the Workshop, or your application of any concepts discussed during the Workshop.
Nothing in the Workshop should be construed as investment advice. Financial decisions should be made in consultation with appropriately licensed and qualified professionals familiar with your specific circumstances.
9. Termination
MishMash Finserve reserves the right to deny entry to, or remove from the venue, any attendee whose conduct disrupts the experience for other participants, with no obligation to refund.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version is always available at masteringyourmoney.in/terms. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
