1. Overview
Mastering Your Money is a one-day in-person executive workshop priced at ₹4,990 per seat (early-bird; full price ₹7,500). This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all registrations purchased via Razorpay on masteringyourmoney.in.
2. Refund eligibility
Two pathways for a refund:
- "Earned its price" guarantee. If you attend the Workshop on its scheduled date and do not feel it has earned its price, request a full refund the same day. No questions, no friction.
- Cancellation prior to the Workshop. If you cancel more than 7 days before the Workshop date, you receive a full refund less any payment-gateway fees levied by Razorpay (typically 2-3%). Cancellations within 7 days of the Workshop are non-refundable, but seats may be transferred to another attendee with prior written notice.
3. Refund process
To request a refund:
- Email contact@mishmash.co.in from the same email address used during registration
- Include your Razorpay payment reference (sent in your confirmation email)
- State the reason briefly (for our internal records; we do not contest valid requests)
4. Refund timeline
Approved refunds are initiated via Razorpay within 2 business days of approval. The funds typically reflect in your original payment instrument (UPI, card, or bank account) within 5 to 7 business days of initiation, subject to your bank's processing time.
5. Cancellation by us
In the rare event that we must cancel or postpone the Workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, venue unavailability, low enrolment), all registered attendees will be offered either a full refund or transfer to the rescheduled date, at their choice.
6. Non-refundable items
- The 5% per-ticket donation to Sri Rakum School for the Blind, which is committed at the time of registration
- Payment gateway fees (typically 2-3%) on cancellations made more than 7 days before the Workshop
